Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ordering and receiving your Envoyer Fine Wines.
How do you ensure the quality and provenance of your wines?
At Envoyer Fine Wines, we source directly from reputable estates and trusted European cellars. Every bottle undergoes a rigorous inspection process to verify its authenticity, fill level, and label condition before being listed in our collection.
What is your policy on shipping during extreme weather?
To protect your investment, we offer complimentary climate-controlled storage. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we will automatically hold your order until temperatures are safe for transit, or we can arrange expedited refrigerated shipping at your request.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and local regulations vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact our logistics team for a specific quote and feasibility check.
What happens if I receive a 'corked' or damaged bottle?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter a flawed bottle, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. While we cannot guarantee every vintage bottle due to the nature of aged wine, we handle claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Can I consolidate multiple orders to save on shipping?
Absolutely. Many of our clients purchase wines over several weeks and choose to consolidate them into a single shipment. Simply select the 'Hold for Consolidation' option at checkout, and notify us when you are ready for your wines to be released.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as bank wire transfers for high-value transactions. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway to ensure your data remains private.
